Vern L. Snider, Senior Principal
Vern Snider's background is as a senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience as COO, CFO and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development in emerging growth, turnaround and established companies. He has a strong background in raising and closing equity rounds, bank and lease credit facilities, complex merger and acquisition structures, due diligence and negotiations, on a domestic and international basis. He has also managed the IPO process and SEC filings. Vern has completed over $3bn in transaction value.

Terry Kavanaugh, Director
An experienced sales and operations professional, Terry is responsible for business development, client delivery and execution. Prior to joining Technology Holdings, Terry co-founded and raised capital for a social media company. His background includes time spent in Japan, where he built the largest consulting group in Asia for Commerce One, a procurement and B2B software vendor. As part of the sales leadership team, Terry helped Quicken Loans grow from a regional mortgage company into one of the Top 3 national retail lenders in the US. As a proud Spartan from Michigan State University, Terry's educational background in economics and philosophy compliments his diverse skill set and international experience.

Prem Abraham, Senior Advisor
Mr. Abraham is Managing Director of Gladstone Abraham & Company; a San Francisco based merchant banking and venture management group with expertise in the areas of top management strategy, corporate finance, management buy-outs, and corporate restructuring. Holding an MBA from Harvard and an MSME from UC Berkeley, he is also Emeritus President of the Harvard Club of the Peninsula, has served on the boards of several high technology companies, and served as senior advisor in the areas of technology commercialization and financing for such international companies as Philips, Westinghouse, and Xerox.
