Technology Holdings Worldwide, Inc. seeks M&A consultant(s). Responsibilities include: Initiate cross-border M&A deals involving US and Indian companies in healthcare, insurance and mortgage outsourcing; Assist clients with establishing offshore delivery capabilities; Assist IT outsourcing companies that wish to enter the BPO space by identifying players that can serve as platform companies. Must have a bachelors degree in Business or Commerce with 5 years experience in outsourcing, M&A and International Business. Must have work experience in the outsourcing industry and an intimate understanding and knowledge of the Business Process Outsourcing industry with a focus on the mortgage, healthcare and/or insurance verticals.
